Rent

Plot rents are due from 1 January 2012 with full payment due by 31January. Rents outstanding after this date will include a £5 surcharge.

Rent for 2012 is £27 (OAP £26).

Cheques should be made payable to Binswood Allotment Society and sent to the Treasurer, Martin Hurst.

Regulations

Each new member is given a copy of the Society’s Bye-laws. We hope members will cultivate their plots with the minimum of inconvenience to other members.

We ask members to keep their plots reasonably free of weeds and rubbish and to ensure that the paths between the plots are trimmed to allow easy access.

Occasional bonfires are permitted but care must be taken to ensure that smoke does not cause a nuisance to nearby houses or to other gardeners.
